CMOS series digital microcircuit.
The microcircuit represents six NOT logical elements with buffer input. Microcircuit doesn’t have protective diodes connected to power supply bus, which allows input voltage to be greater than power supply voltage. Therefore, microcircuit can be used to match CMOS output levels to TTL input levels.
The microcircuit contains 19 integrated elements.
