Silicon diffusion-alloy low power diode is designed to stabilize 4.7 V voltage in stabilizing current range between 1 and 37.5 mA.

Zener diode is manufactured in a flexible leaded glass case.

Diode type and connection diagram of the electrodes with leads are shown on the casing.

Colour coding of zener diodes is allowed.
