Stabilivolts 2S168V are silicon, alloy, double-anode, of low power.
 Stabilitrons are designed for stabilizing of nominal voltage 6,8 V in stabilization current range 3...20 mАand two-sided constraint of voltage.
 Stabilitrons are produced in plastic casing with flexible lead-outs.
 Maximum weight of stabilitron 0,3 g.
