142EN1B integrated circuit is a compensating voltage regulator featuring adjustable output voltage of positive polarity and 150 mA load current. The IC comprises a short-circuit and overload protection and also a remote shutdown circuit enabled by an external signal. The output voltage is adjustable by an external divider.
