Construction details

For relays RPV2/4 and RPV2/7 contacts 2 and 3 are closed, contacts 1 and 2 are open at positive polarity voltage on terminal B and negative polarity voltage at terminal A.

Relay RPV2/7 doesn’t change its state at reverse polarity voltage at terminals A and B, relay RPV2/4 closes contacts 1 and 2 and opens contacts 2 and 3
