Diode Array
Diode arrays consist of silicon epitaxial planar bodies and are designed to be used as bridge rectifiers (terminal 3,4 – input, 1,2 – output) or reserved diode element (when connected to the circuit through the following output pairs: 1 and 2,1 and 3, 1 and 4, 3 and 2, 4 and 2).
Assembled in plastic packages with flexible leads.
Type of diode array is indicated on the package.
It has a white stripe near terminal 4.
